BOGOTÁ, Colombia—A federal government minister overseeing the police apologized for the dying of Bogotá guy in police custody and claimed two officers have been fired, as authorities named for relaxed following two evenings of protests and rioting that left at least thirteen folks dead.
“The Countrywide Police question for forgiveness for any violation of the regulation or disregard of the norms from any of the customers of this establishment,” Defense Minister Carlos Holmes Trujillo claimed Friday.
