Domestic flying to cost more as govt raises minimum fares by 5%

The civil aviation ministry has decided to continue on with the existing eighty for each cent cap on ability and improved the bare minimum air fares by 5 for each cent in see of increase in aviation turbine fuel (ATF) rates.

This is the 2nd consecutive fare increase permitted by the federal government. Previous month the civil aviation ministry had extended the cap on airline ability and fares till March 31.
