Ryanair abandons flights from Northern Ireland

The motion comes just 3 months after the airline recommenced flights from Belfast Metropolis after an absence of 11 years. 

Ryanair operates routes to Malaga, Alicante, Krakow, Warsaw, Gdansk and Milan from Belfast Worldwide. 

A spokesman for the airport explained: “It is disappointing that Ryanair has now resolved to withdraw functions from the full Northern Ireland current market at the stop of October, getting variously experienced a existence in all 3 area airports in recent years.

“It has been a tough time period for aviation and a time when people need some stability and religion in the Northern Ireland air transport network.”
