A knife attack that left three dead and three others wounded in a town 40 miles west of London is being treated as a terrorist incident, police said on Sunday.
The attack took place Saturday evening in Forbury Gardens, a park in Reading that had been used earlier in the day as a venue for a Black Lives Matter demonstration. Police said the two events weren’t connected.
